Context
The Learning and Development department of Rijkswaterstaat was in need of an overview of their stakeholders, to make more informed decisions. However, they could not find a program that would fit their specific needs, thus they contacted me.
Produced product
I created software with which individuals could drag stakeholders across a chart, save it, and start a new round.
The aggregated data was given to me to create several data visualization which would provide the department with insights into how they relate to their stakeholders.
The data visualizations shown below don’t mention the names of stakeholders, unfortunately. This is to protect the intellectual property of Rijkswaterstaat.
